Hi I’m Jeanne and I am an Ear Wax Removal specialist.

Removing ear wax and helping clear out blocked ears since 2024.

I can remove wax through two methods . Warm Water Ear Irrigation or Microsuction.

I am fully trained and insured in ear wax removal techniques and ensure you receive the highest quality care.

A consultation allows me to assess your Health and explore if you are suitable for Wax removal .

What is Microsuction?

Microsuction ear wax removal is a safe and gentle way to remove blocked ear wax with no water involved. I will use a microscope and a small suction device (a tiny vacuum) to carefully clear the ear.

It is ideal if you can’t have warm water irrigation for example if you’ve had

  • ear infection

  • perforated ear drum

  • previous ear surgery

    Micosuction can give quick relief from blocked ears, reduced hearing, discomfort or ear ache with immediate results and minimal risk.

What is Warm Water Irrigation?

Warm water irrigation is a safe and common professional treatment, used to remove stubborn ear wax (cerumen) It uses controlled warm water to gently flush out wax and has replaced old style syringing. When done correctly it can quickly relieve blocked ears, discomfort, reduced hearing and lower the risk of infection.

What is Ear Wax?

Ear wax also known as cerumen, is a completely natural substance produced by glands in the ear canal. Although many people think of it as something that simply needs removing ear wax actually has an important protective role in keeping your ears heathy.

  • Protects- it traps dust, dirt and bacteria preventing them from travelling deeper into the ear.

  • Lubricates - its stops the ear canal from becoming dry and itchy .

  • Cleans naturally- your ears are self cleaning, as you talk and chew wax gradually comes out of the ear canal on its own .

    When Does it become a problem?

    For some people wax can build up and become compacted. This may cause -

  • Blocked or muffled hearing

  • Tinnitus (ringing in the ears )

  • Dizziness

  • Hearing aid whistling

Consultation and 1 ear £ 45

Consultation and 2 ears £ 65

Its requested that you use olive oil oil 3 times daily for 3 days prior to your appointment for the best results as this helps to soften the ear wax making it easier and more comfortable to remove.
